Shipping/Returns

We make an effort to ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) of payment. Orders placed on weekends will ship within 24 hours on the following business day.

Orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, and U.S. orders will typically arrive within three to five days after processing.

International orders may take up to 21 days to arrive. International orders may also be subject to taxes or customs fees to be collected by the customer's government when the order arrives in the purchaser's country.

**Due to the ongoing global pandemic and delays with the U.S. Postal Service, international orders may require additional time for delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience.


We accept returns and exchanges on most items within 30 days of your shipment date

If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping new items back to you. We require you to get tracking numbers for return/exchange items as we will not process returns or exchanges for items that we do not receive.

Merchandise should be returned in like-new condition, which means free of cat fur, with tags attached and in original packaging when applicable. Items that aren't returned in like-new condition and/or not returned in original packaging with tags will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refunded. 

We do our best to maintain current inventory. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and inform you when items will be back in stock.

We are not responsible for items that aren't received due to user-submitted error in address. We ship items to the address provided.
