My order is missing or delayed. How can I locate it?

You can track your package using the tracking number you received when your package was shipped.

Standard shipping (USPS First Class Mail) can take 3-5 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping (USPS Priority Mail) takes an average of 2-3 business days to arrive. USPS First Class international orders can take up to 21 business days to arrive.

If after 7 business days your package hasn’t arrived, you can submit a Missing Mail Search here.

My cat’s measurements are between harness sizes. What size should I order?

When there's a discrepancy in sizing, we typically advise cat owners to try a smaller size first. If it doesn't seem like a good fit, we do accept returns and exchanges.

Also, some cats fit better in other types of harnesses, so if a Puppia harness or a Kitty Holster isn't a good fit, there are other types of harnesses available elsewhere. We suggest you check out your local pet store.

How do I return/exchange an item?

You're welcome to exchange or return items you've received within the past 30 days. You’ll find all the information you’ll need to do a return or exchange here.

Bargain Buys items and those received more than 30 days ago are not eligible for return or exchange.

When will you have a certain item back in stock?

If you’re looking for a specific item, color or size that’s currently out of stock, visit the product page within our store and enter your email address in the box that reads, “Item out of stock – notify me!”

Do you carry life jackets/another brand of cat harness/any item not currently listed in the store?

If it’s not for sale in our store, we don’t carry it, and we likely won’t be able to tell you where to buy it. However, check back often as inventory is always changing.
